All our web prices excludes taxes (16%VAT).
VAT affects only Spainish or European customers who don´t belong to the intracommunity European Regimen.
Orders outside Europe do not pay 16%VAT.These orders will pay the customs fees and import duties of each country .
At the end of the first page in your shopping basket you see your shopping statement where the total amount of your order is specified, including VAT and shipping charges. Minimum order is only 50 Euros. Free Spain delivery on all orders over 300 Euros!

Spain Standard Shipping: 8.95 Euros.
Delivery time is 5 days maximum from the payment reception. Free Spain Delivery on all orders over 300Euros !

Delivery charges: From 89 Euros.
Delivery time 4 working days from the payment reception. Once you place your order, we´ll contact you via email with the instructions about the payment. Your order will not be dispatched until this prior contact in order to verify the total amount and invoice information. The total amount may change because of the delivery charges and/or VAT . You don´t have to pay until we send you the proforma invoice with our bank account information for you to make the bank transfer.

We will deliver your order in accordance with the delivery option/payment method you have selected during the order process.
Bank Transfers can be efective until 3 days after they have been sent. In order to speed your order up, you can send us your proof of payment.

3. COD (Cash on Delivery).- Only for Spain and Europe
You pay directly the courier when you receive the order. This payment method has a 3% increase over the total cost of your order. The minimum COD delivery rate is 4,40 Euros for Spain and 13,50 Euros for Europe. We always recommend an alternative method of payment , bank transfer or Credit card ,to avoid this extra cost.
According to the e-commerce Ministry order 34/2002 every purchase paid and confirmed through internet must be accepted when is received In case the order will be rejected or returned we contact the buyer and this will pay the order total amount plus the return charges. Please be sure before you place your order and in case you have a question please contact us by email info@artesaniaelsol.com or calling + 34 91 680 70 36 or +34 649 19 22 55. Remember, once the order leave our store you must accept it.
Whatever payment method you have choose, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the information about your order . Also, once you have registered on our website with your user name and password you can follow your order status in the corresponding section .
4. Damage Insurance
Artesania el Sol has a damages Insurance over the delivery process that cover all the damages the package can suffer during the transport process. Once the buyer has received the order , if this has any damage, the buyer has 72 hours to inform Artesania el sol of this problem by email to info@artesaniaelsol.com . As soon as the damage will be notified , the order will be replaced without any cost for the customer. Past 72hours from the reception of the order artesania el Sol doesn´t assume responsibility for the package damages.
5. Jurisdiction
The use of this website and any purchase made by you from Artesanía el Sol shall be governed by Spanish law and the parts hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Madrid Court.
